While we hope you love your order, we understand things happen! Please note that as a small business, we are unable to cover return shipping costs at this time. All returns must be shipped back to us at the buyer's expense.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be in their original, undamaged condition
- Items must be in the original packaging
- Custom or commissioned pieces are non-returnable
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
How to Return
Contact us at support@talasam.art with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization and our shipping address.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Ship the item back to us at your expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing, plus your bank's processing time which may take an additional 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund or replacement at your preference.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
